Guardian Angel PCCW will host a breakfast meal from 8 a.m. to noon today in the Guardian Angel School gym, 514 Church St. in Oran, Missouri. The Cape Girardeau Public Library will host Pumpkin Carving 101 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. today in the youth program room at the library, 711 N. Clark St. in Cape Girardeau. The 68th annual Jackson Rotary Pancake Day will be held from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the American Legion Hall, 319 N. High St. in Jackson. The Jackson Kiwanis Club will host its seventh annual It's All About the Kids 5K run/walk at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12. The race will begin and end at Orchard Drive Elementary School, 1402 Orchard Drive in Jackson. Proceeds from this race will go to children's projects, including Elks Christmas baskets, the Jackson Police Department annual toy drive, programs at Orchard Drive Elementary School and more.
