1. ... bookish, because I went to school in Kennett, Mo., and my one goal in high school was to leave Kennett, and I knew the easiest way to do that was to get into college.

3. Last night, I cooked old-fashioned chicken and rice with green beans in it.

4. I'm a dog person, because I own the most fabulous dog named Santino. I will say, though, my sister and her husband have a cat named Mr. T, and I do love him, but how can you not love a cat named Mr. T?

1. ... quiet and intelligent. I probably should have been more social in high school, but I was very hard working. I worked hard in class, and if anything needed to get done, I would do it.

2. I like to shop and spend money, especially if I can negotiate or find a good bargain. But sometimes shopping causes me stress later, because I spend too much. I like to drive, too.

3. The last time I cooked a meal was when I was staying at home with my mother, after a tree limb fell on my house. I made chicken and rice. I really like to cook old-fashioned food like that.

4. I like dogs. I'm currently looking for an old English bulldog. Dogs are loyal, and you can walk them. You can't walk a cat.
