Former Cape Girardeau resident promoted to lieutenant colonel

Former Cape Girardeau resident Maj. Jon T. Robinson has recently been promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force. Robinson is stationed at the Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Neb., where he works as the chief force tracker operations for U.S. strategic command and as joint functional component command for Global Strike.
