What is your favorite exercise/which exercise is the most effective?"It's important to do leg workouts, legs are the biggest muscles in the body, which helps burn more calories."
How do you stay physically fit?
"I like to do individual body part workouts."
Where do you go to work out, and how often?"I work out six days a week during warm months, four days during winter."
What do you eat?
"That's the key, eating right. Portion sizes are key, still eat what you want, just try to watch portions. Gradually switch from stuff like soda to diet, don't drastically alter your lifestyle."
How do you motivate yourself?"I like the science of it, I can't miss a workout. It's become such a part of my life."
