Chuck Reid, 37, lost his hand when he was 15 years old from being struck by a train. A year later when he was 16 him and his dad went to a barbershop to get their hair cut which was overwhelmingly expensive, his father then gave him a pair of clippers and he said, He had to learn how to cut hair. He is now the owner of The Shop in Cape Girardeau.
