Boy Scout Troop 311, American Legion place flags on veterans' graves

Late last month the Boy Scout Troop 311 of Jackson teamed up with the American Legion Post of Jackson in placing flags on veterans' graves both in the City Cemetery and Russell Heights Cemetery for Memorial Day.
