THE DRINK: "Dale’s Award-winning Chocolate Quake" combines special liquors and some secrets, says Port Cape Owner Dennis "Doc" Cain. He calls it "simply refreshing and potent" and just laughs when you ask what else is in it. Prices: N/A
THE APPETIZER: "Hard to choose," Cain said, "but I pick our smoked salmon." It comes with a tasty horseradish, cream cheese sauce and Port Cape’s special crouton bread. Prices: $5 to $1
THE ENTREE: "It bears my name, so it better be good," Cain said of Doc’s Babyback ribs. "These are the best of the best ribs in town." Lean, tender and rosy red. Grab a rag, these are sticky good. Prices: Sandwiches/salads $7.50 to $8.25; dinners $9 to $20
THE DESSERT: The signature dessert has always been, and will always be, our bread pudding with amaretto sauce, Cain said, describing it as "warm, confortable and delicious." Prices: $2.50 to $6
