THE ENTREE: "It bears my name, so it better be good," Cain said of Doc&rsquo;s Babyback ribs. "These are the best of the best ribs in town." Lean, tender and rosy red. Grab a rag, these are sticky good. Prices: Sandwiches/salads $7.50 to $8.25; dinners $9 to $20
