'Lord of the Rings'

Starring Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom, Sean Astin, Dominic Monaghan, Billy Boyd, John Rhys-Davies, Cate Blanchett, Liv Tyler, and Christopher Lee. The final film in Peter Jackson's adaptation of the J.R.R. Tolkien fantasy trilogy follows hobbits Frodo and Sam as they push farther into the land of Mordor to destroy the ring of power. Traveling with them, in an uneasy alliance, is the deceitful Gollum, who brings them to the very heart of Mount Doom. 'Love Don't Cost a Thing'

Starring Nick Cannon, Christina Milian, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Kal Penn, Steve Harvey, and Kenan Thompson. In this remake of the 1987 movie "Can't Buy Me Love," a dorky fool pays a cheerleader to pretend to be his girlfriend so that he'll be popular. 'Something's Gotta Give'

Starring Jack Nicholson, Diane Keaton, Keanu Reeves, Amanda Peet, Frances McDormand, and Jon Favreau. A 63-year-old music mogul doesn't date women over 30. He and his latest girlfriend drop in at the Hamptons, N.Y., house owned by her divorced playwright mother, Erica Barry. Later, while fooling around, Harry suffers a heart attack and is forced to recuperate at the house. There he gets to know and enjoy spending time with Erica, a woman almost his own age. But she has another suitor: the handsome young doctor who helped save Harry's life. Rated PG-13 for sexual content, brief nudity, and strong language, running time 124 minutes. (Town Plaza Cinema)

'Stuck on You'

Starring Matt Damon, Greg Kinnear, Eva Mendes, Cher, Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, Meryl Streep, and Jay Leno. One half of conjoined twins has dreams of making it big in Hollywood. They decide to head west, and when they arrive in town, they're cast on a television show starring Cher. She's bummed about being relegated to TV É until, that is, her show becomes a hit. Rated PG-13 for crude and sexual humor, and some language, running time 118 minutes. (Town Plaza Cinema)
