How'd I hear of JAW? Guitarist, Mike Steimel sent me a press packet, which included background information, photos and a CD single -all the usual stuff. What got my attention was the packet of Kool-Aid (just add water) that fell out of the folder. I found that pretty clever, so I had to take a listen.

What I found is that JAW's music is extremely memorable with very catchy lyrics. "Cardboard Girl" is a funny tune about being in love with the Budweiser cut-out girl. From the buzz worthy single "My Own Little World" to the heart felt ballad "Blue", the band's tight hooks and infectious sound should propel Just Add Water to the top of the pond.
