Katie Michele of Sikeston, Missouri, submitted this photo of her tattoo she had done at Working Class Tattoos & Piercings. "I got my tattoo on my first year of sobriety," she said. "It took many times falling flat on my face, ruining friendships, hurting my family and slowly falling apart before I realized I was better off sober. But now I am 3 years sober and counting! And I am beyond blessed that I was able to get clean before it was too late!"
