The main plot is that a couple (Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale) are going through some marital problems and are driving through the country late at night when their car breaks down. "Luckily" they find a small motel in the middle of nowhere and decide to stay the night.

Once in their room, they discover videotapes of horrific murders, but the murders happened in the very room they are staying in. The rest of the film has the couple trying desperately to get out of the motel alive. Although the movie wasn't too bad and did have a few parts to make you jump, I would suggest to you that you wait until the movie comes out on DVD and rent it.
