Once again director George Lucas has done an amazing job. He has woven a world that only a master storyteller could hope to create.
Lucas has brought back the compelling and interesting dialogue of the originals. The action scenes are exciting and well-staged. There are chases and lightsaber fights and battles with creatures and robots in the air, in the water, and over rivers of hot lava.
I know that children are dying to see it, but parents should know that this movie is more intense and violent than the PG-rated earlier films, with graphic injuries and disturbing themes. It's not for young kids, especially under 5 or 6 years old. Anakin has to do some very bad things to gain the power of the dark side of the Force, and although the worst of them are off-screen, it is still very disturbing.

It was fun to see the final "Star Wars" movie with my daughter and grandson. Twenty-eight years ago I took my daughter, who was 6 weeks old at the time, to the movie theater with me to see the very first "Star Wars" movie.
I don't how many of you will go see the new "Star Wars" movie, but do not do so without going back to the original episodes as well as the prequel episodes. It tied in all the movies and provided many answers to the unanswered questions that left one wondering from the previous movies.
Be sure to watch and listen carefully for juicy tidbits on Anakin. Yes, Anakin did turn, but the love he had for Padme and the fear he had of losing her is what made him act the way he did.
I felt that Yoda was dynamic and Samuel L. Jackson did an outstanding job.
I have tried not to tell the story but instead to pique your curiosity to see for yourself how good this movie is.

Ah, "Star Wars" is back. It's back with its stunning special effects, cool aliens, fast moving battle scenes, emotional resonance and great dialogue.
OK, scratch those last two.
But "Star Wars" is indeed back with the third and final installment of Lucas' prequel to his original trilogy. What can I say that hasn't been said? It is the best of these last three. It is much darker and less humorous, though it does have some amusing moments.
It is an appreciable close to the series. We get to see the emergence of Darth Vader, everyone's favorite villain, and the setup for the original "Star Wars."
The acting -- well, did I mention the great special effects? There are some really good actors in this movie, but only so much can be accomplished with Lucas' famously bad dialogue.
This film, like the other five, is a fun ride and little more.
