Tungsten Groove will play back-to-back shows in Cape Girardeau this weekend. The rock band from Perryville, Mo., plays "some really low-down, dirty rock 'n' roll, and some stories -- like real stories that happen to you," according to keyboardist and vocalist Stan Denninger. He's joined by Shannon Meyer on guitar, Matt Watts on bass, Brett Richardet on harmonica, Justus Richardet on guitar and Leon Moffitt on drums. All but Moffitt chime in on vocals. The groovy group will play at 8:30 p.m. today and Saturday at the Pink Galleon. Cover is $5 and includes a complimentary drink.
