Dr. Clarence B. Jones will present the keynote address at Southeast Missouri State University's Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Show Me Center. The dinner's theme is "Behind the Dream." Jones helped draft King's "I Have a Dream" speech, delivered Aug. 28, 1963, on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
