Trumpeter Bob Lark will join Southeast Missouri State University's Jazz Ensembles at 7:30 p.m. today on stage at the River Campus as part of the Clark Terry/Phi Mu Alpha Jazz Festival. Lark has recorded with top jazz artists and is a professor of jazz studies at DePaul University. Under his instruction, the DePaul University Jazz Ensemble has been able to record albums with legendary jazz artists including Phil Woods, Clark Terry, Louie Bellson and Jim McNeely. Tickets for the event are $12 and may be purchased at the River Campus box office or by calling (573) 651-2265.
