The East Perry Community Fair will take place today and Saturday at the fairgrounds in Altenburg, Missouri. The parade will start at 1:30 p.m. today, followed by opening ceremonies at 2:30 p.m. Other Friday activities include music by Pearl River Band at 6:30 p.m. and a 4x4-truck pull at 7 p.m. Saturday activities include the River Hills Run at 9 a.m., a pedal-tractor pull and dairy-cattle show at 10:30 a.m., music by Steve Kirn at noon, a jumping mules competition at 4:30 p.m., the Jackson Municipal Band at 6 p.m. and an antique-tractor pull at 7 p.m. More information is available at eastperryfair.com.
