Best bet: Chaffee brings out the band

Chaffee, Mo.'s Circle Park becomes a concert venue Saturday when the Chaffee Community Concert Band plays a free show at 7 p.m. Patrons are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. Municipal bands in Cape Girardeau and Jackson also perform outdoor concerts.
