The Tunes at Twilight artist this week is a substitute but no less talented than the originally billed Craig Carothers. Amelia White rearranged her Nashville, Tenn., concert schedule to travel to Cape Girardeau today for the 11th week of Tunes at Twilight, the free outdoor concert at 6:30 p.m. today at the Common Pleas Courthouse gazebo.
