The 10th annual Bootheel Bluegrass Festival will kick off at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Bavarian Halle in Fruitland with an all-gospel night with The Gipsons, The Lewises, Bob & Barb and Mountain Faith. The cost is $8. Friday's show starts at 1 p.m. with The Lewises, That Dalton Gang, The Gordons, Mountain Faith, The Bakers and Bull Harman and Bull's Eye. The cost for Friday is $15. Saturday's 2 p.m. show will feature The Gipsons, Charlies & The Girls, George Portz and Friends, The Bakers, Herbie Johnsonton & Fiddler's Frolic, and Bull Harman and Bull's Eye, and the cost is $15. A weekend pass is $28, and those 16 and younger are admitted free.
