Pictures by the People opens in Poplar BluffPOPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- The Margaret Harwell Art Museum will open the 17th annual Pictures by the People exhibit at 9 a.m. Saturday. Openings for children's art classes still available There are openings for classes being offered by the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri the week of July 19 to 23.
