Comedian Eric Andre to visit Southeast

Comedian Eric Andre will perform at 7 p.m. Monday in Southeast Missouri State University's Academic Hall Auditorium. Andre is most well known for his appearances in "Don't Trust the B---- in Apt. 23," "Man Seeking Woman" and his talk show on Adult Swim, "The Eric Andre Show." Admission is free for Southeast students with a valid Southeast ID and $5 for everyone else.

River Campus gallery to open

The Salon des Refuses will have a reception from 5 to 7 p.m. April 1 in the River Campus Art Gallery, Seminary Building room 106, 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau. The exhibit will run concurrently with the annual Juried Student Exhibition displayed in the museum, which will feature additional work created by Southeast Missouri State University students. The gallery will be open all day and will run from April 1 to 14.

'Our Lady of 121st Street' to be performed

The Holland School of Visual and Performing Arts will present "Our Lady of 121st Street" as part of the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Theatre and Dance's Second Stage Series at 7:30 p.m. April 1 and 2 and at 2 p.m. April 3 in the Rust Flexible Theatre at the River Campus, 518 S. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau. Tickets for the event will cost $12 and may be purchased at the River Campus box office or at www.rivercampusevents.com. This show contains mature language and content.

River City Players show planned

The River City Players will present "The Rats," a one-hour Agatha Christie murder mystery, at 7:30 p.m. April 7 to 9 and at 2 p.m. April 10 at Port Cape Girardeau, 19 N. Water St. in Cape Girardeau. The show April 7 will be preceded by dessert at 7 p.m., the shows April 8 and 9 will be preceded by dinner at 6:30 p.m., and the show April 10 will be preceded by dessert at 1:30 p.m. The performance will be directed by Holly Raines.
