Arts Council of Southeast Missouri

The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will host a reception for Cape Girardeau artist and Southeast Missouri State University professor Justin Miller's "Forgotten Future." Miller's work will be on display in the Lorimier Gallery until Nov. 30, as will the artwork of his students in Gallery 100. The Salvation Army will also have 16 handmade bowls on display at the Community Wall in connection with its eighth annual Empty Bowls event. Bids on the bowls will be accepted during the reception and throughout November; bids will close Dec. 6. A preview of "Fall for Dance" will also be shown during the reception at 6:30 p.m.
