Betty Hennecke of Whitewater announces the engagement of her daughter, Melinda Susan Wilfong, to Ronald Lynn Ford. He is the son of Robert and Marty Ford of Whitewater and Carol Wilkinson of Cape Girardeau. Wilfong is also the daughter of the late Robert Hennecke.

Wilfong is a 1996 graduate of Delta High School. She is employed at Bank of Advance.
