Wiggins-Estes

Angie and Tom Junk of Scott City and Charles Wiggins of Advance, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Wiggins, to Andrew Estes. He is the son of Sandy Estes of Scott City, and the late Kim Estes. Wiggins is a 2001 graduate of Scott City High School. Estes is a 2002 graduate of Scott City High School. He received a degree in construction management from Southeast in 2006. He is employed by Slinkard Painting Co.
