Welter-Tingwall

BENTON, Mo. -- Michael and Loretta Welter and Michael and Bonnie Westrich of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Donelle Alexis Welter, to Randy Andrew Tingwall. He is the son of Al and Karen Liffengren of Surprise, Ariz., and the late Thomas Tingwall.

Welter is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, and attended Shawnee College in Ullin, Ill. She is a warehouse associate at Do It Best Corp. in Cape Girardeau.

Tingwall is a graduate of Peoria Richwoods in Peoria, Ill. He attended Iowa State University and received a degree in physical therapy from Southeast Missouri State University. He is employed at HealthSouth in Cape Girardeau.

A May 11 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
