Vrbosky-Staton

Paul and Mary Beth Vrbosky of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Joy Vrbosky, to Brian Robin Staton, both of Boulder, Colo. He is the son of Robin and Nancy Staton of Dahlgren, Va.

Vrbosky is a 1994 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in music and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999, and a master of arts in counseling psychology and music therapy from Naropa University in Boulder in 2003. She is employed at Boulder Community Hospital and is a board certified music therapist at Jen-Lo Therapy Farm near Lyons, Colo.

Staton is a 1992 graduate of King George High School in King George, Va. He received a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg in 1996. He is a software engineer at CreekPath Systems in Boulder.

A May 19 wedding is planned in Whittier, N.C.
