Turley-Walter

Wayne and Karen Turley of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, McKenzie Ann Turley, to Joseph Shane Walter of New York, N.Y. He is the son of John and Valerie Walter of Jackson.

Turley is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005.

Walter is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005. He is employed by Peter J. Solomon Co. in New York.

An Oct. 28 wedding is planned at La Croix United Methodist Church.
