Tenholder-Simon

Mike and Carol Tenholder of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Tenholder, to Sean Simon of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Mark and Carolyn Korlin and Don Simon, all of St. Louis.

Tenholder is a 1998 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2002. She is a fourth grade teacher with Sikeston Public Schools.

Simon expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in corporate communication from Southeast University in May. He is vice president of Diamond Wireless.

A May 8 wedding is planned at the Jewel Box in St. Louis.
