Stricker - Moss

Bob and Judy Stricker of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Jean Stricker, to James Larry Moss, both of Scott City. He is the son of Pam and Don Spurlock of Scott City and John and Sheila Moss of Jackson.

Stricker is a 2000 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in interdisciplinary studies from Southeast Missouri State University, with emphasis in video production, advertising, and computer graphics. She received a master's degree in elementary education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz.

Moss is a 1993 graduate of Scott City High School, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is employed at Botkin Lumber Co.

A June 25 wedding is planned in Scott City.
