Mike and Debbie Brown of Whitewater and Rodney and Diana Stovall of Marble Hill, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Tabatha Michelle Stovall, to Kyle David Watson. He is the son of Toodie and Lynda Watson of Jackson.
