Stieffermann - Amick

Joe and Linda Stieffermann of Washington, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Anne Stieffermann, to Lance Olliver Amick. He is the son of Mark Amick of Scott City and Gail Amick of Chaffee, Mo.

Stieffermann is a 2004 graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, and a 2007 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a kindergarten teacher with Jackson School District.

Amick is a 1999 graduate of Scott City High School, a 2003 graduate of Southeast, and received a master's degree in administration from William Woods University in 2012. He is a teacher and coach at Scott City High School.

An Aug. 3 wedding is planned at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, Mo.
