Steffens-Williams

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Steffens of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelly Deanne Steffens, to Cliff Abram Williams, both of Jefferson City, Mo. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Williams of Jefferson City.

Steffens is a 1995 graduate of Central High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in human environmental studies/child development from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999. She is director of Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center in Jefferson City.

Williams is a 1996 graduate of Linn High School, and served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He received an associate degree in computer network administration from State Fair Community College. He is employed at Modern Litho Print in Jefferson City.

A July 5 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau.
