CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Bill and Debbie Simmons of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lee Simmons, to Matthew Randal Graham. He is the son of Mark and Robin Graham of Chaffee. CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Bill and Debbie Simmons of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lee Simmons, to Matthew Randal Graham. He is the son of Mark and Robin Graham of Chaffee.

Simmons is a 2000 graduate of Chaffee High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in child development from Southeast Missouri State University in May.
