Sikes-Miller

SIKESTON, Mo. -- Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Weber Sikes of Sikeston announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Kendall Sikes, to Frank Emanuel Miller. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Fritz Sander of Jackson, and the late Bruce Emanuel Miller.

Sikes received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001, and a master of education in curriculum and instruction in 2002. She is a first grade teacher with Columbia Public Schools in Columbia, Mo.

Miller received a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Westminster College in 2002. He expects to graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in May.

A May 14 wedding is planned.
