Shultz - Davis

Randy and Kim Shultz of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Kacey Ann Shultz, to Blaine Scott Davis, both of National City, Calif. He is the son of Mary and Joe Muhlfeld of Oak Ridge and Wayne Davis of East Prairie, Mo.

Kacey is a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a degree in child and family development from Missouri State University in 2013. She is a nanny.

Blaine is a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School. He joined the Navy in 2008 and has served in two deployments. He is an electro magnetic spectrum warfare specialist, and expects to end his service in the Navy in August.

A Sept. 6 wedding is planned at the Water's Edge in Gordonville.
