Shirrell-Jones

ORAN, Mo. -- Kenny and Tina Shirrell of Poplar Bluff, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Shirrell, to Justin Jones of Advance, Mo. He is the son of John and Faye Jones of Oran, Mo.

Shirrell is a 1997 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, received a bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University, and a master's degree from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a speech pathologist with Poplar Bluff School District.

Jones is a 1996 graduate of Oran High School. He is a self-employed farmer.

A Dec. 3 wedding is planned at Little Log Chapel in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
