Schutte-Masters

SIKESTON, Mo. -- David and Janet Schutte of Payson, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Marie Schutte of St. Louis, to Ryan Edwin Masters of Quincy, Ill. He is the son of Dr. Edwin and Jacqueline Masters of Sikeston.

Schutte is a 1998 graduate of Payson Seymour High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in May. She is a pharmacy intern at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

Masters is a 1992 graduate of Sikeston High School, a 1997 graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and received a juris doctor from Drake University Law School in 2000. He is a staff pharmacist at Wal-Mart.

A May 29 wedding is planned at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Quincy.
