Scholl-Kuhlman

Helen Burger of DeWitt, Neb., announces the engagement of her daughter, BethAnn Scholl of Jackson, to the Rev. Nathan Kuhlman of Plano, Texas. He is the son of Calvin and Carol Kuhlman of Chaska, Minn. Scholl is also the daughter of the late Ordale Burger.

Scholl received a bachelor of science degree in education from Concordia University in Seward, Neb. She was a science teacher at Saxony Lutheran High School the past two years. This fall she will begin teaching biology at Creekview High School in Carrollton, Texas.

Kuhlman received a bachelor's degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and a master of divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He is junior high director and student life pastor at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and School in Carrollton.

A July 5 wedding is planned at Prince of Peace Church.
