Schierbaum - Spaulding

VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Aaron and Kaylee Rose and Clayton Spaulding announce the engagement of their parents, Melody Schierbaum and Jason Spaulding of Villa Ridge. She is the daughter of Gary and Susan Schierbaum of Olmsted, Ill. He is the son of Robert and Christy Spaulding of Villa Ridge.

Schierbaum is a 1996 graduate of Century High School. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Southern Illinois University in 2003, and a master's degree in educational technology from Boise State University in 2010. She is employed by Egyptian School District in Tamms, Ill.

Spaulding is a 1996 graduate of Meridian High School. He received a bachelor's degree in general agriculture with specialization in production and minor in agri business economics from SIU in 2000. He is a partner with Spaulding Farms in Villa Ridge.

A March 15, 2013, wedding is planned at Mighty Rivers Regional Worship Center in Cairo, Ill.
