Scherer - Morris

Olevia "Libby" Scherer of Benton, Mo., announces the engagement of her daughter, Diane Scherer of Cape Girardeau, to Ron Morris of Wappapello, Mo. He is the son of Margie Morris of Gatewood, Mo., and the late Lloyd Morris of Sheridan, Ill. Scherer is also the daughter of the late Raymond Scherer.

Scherer is a graduate of Kelly High School at Benton. She is employed by state of Missouri/Office of Administration/Information Technology.

Morris is a graduate of Serena High School in Serena, Ill. He is also employed by state of Missouri/OA/IT.

An October wedding is planned.
