Scheeter - Ulrich

Toni Scheeter and Vaughn Scheeter of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Marie Scheeter, to Blake Garrett Ulrich. He is the son of Sandy Helwege of Cape Girardeau and Randy Ulrich of Perryville, Mo.

Scheeter is a 2005 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School, and received a master's degree in occupational therapy. She is an occupational therapist at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Ulrich is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School, and received a bachelor's degree in marketing management. He is a concrete finisher/manager with Ulrich Concrete Finishing.

A Sept. 10 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson.
