Russell-Burger

Ernest and Marilyn Russell of Jonesboro, Ill., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Susan Russell, to Travis Dean Burger. He is the son of Mike and Judy Burger of Scott City.

Russell is a graduate of Anna-Jonesboro High School, and received a degree in human learning from the University of Tennessee-Martin in 2004. She is a teacher at Kelso C-7 School in New Hamburg, Mo.

Burger is a graduate of Scott City High School, and attended College of the Ozarks. He is co-owner of Burger Innovations Construction Co. in Scott City.

A July 1 wedding is planned at Salem Lutheran Church in Jonesboro.
