Ruebel-Pattengill

Lee and LaDonna Ruebel of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Regina Renee Ruebel, to Jacob Channing Pattengill. He is the son of Lee and Tina Pattengill Jr. of Scott City, Mo.

Ruebel is a 1995 graduate of Central High School. She received a master of arts degree in communication disorders from Southeast Missouri State University in 2001. She is a speech pathologist with Therapy Relief Inc. in St. Louis.

Pattengill is a 1996 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis in 2002. He is completing clinical rotation at St. Anthony's Sports and Physical Therapy in St. Louis.

An October wedding is planned at Evangelical United Church of Christ.
