Rahenkamp - Busby

Ann and Keith Ballard of Mesa, Ariz., announce the engagement of their daughter, Debra Rahenkamp of Phoenix, Ariz., to Eric A. Busby of Tucson, Ariz. He is the son of Michael and Merrie Busby of Cape Girardeau.

Rahenkamp is a 2002 graduate of Petaluma High School in Petaluma, Calif., and attended Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, Calif. She is a receptionist at Animal Hospital of Laveen, and owns a pet sitting business in the Phoenix area.

Busby is a 2002 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor's degree in engineering physics from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006. He is employed with Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson.

A Sept. 20 wedding is planned in Eastbrook, Maine.
