Proctor-Luster

Lucretia Dawn "Lucy" and Phillip Todd Luster of Crossville, Tenn., announce their engagement. She is the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret Proctor Sr. Luster is the son of Jeannie and Vernon Cross of Cape Girardeau and Phil and Karen Luster of Finksburg, Md.

Proctor is a graduate of Kelly High School at Benton, Mo., and Patricia Stevens College in St. Louis. She is owner/operator of Moocy's Lunch Cabana at Lake Tanzi Beach in Crossville.

Luster is a graduate of Central High School, and attended the University of Maryland and the University of New Hampshire. He is promotion director for Peg Broadcasting in Crossville, and also is a morning radio show personality.

An Aug. 12 wedding is planned in Saint Agreve, France.
