Phillips -- DeProw

Donnie and Linda Phillips of Scott City announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Lynn Phillips, to Brandon Lee DeProw. He is the son of Sandy DeProw of Scott City

Chelsea is a 2010 graduate of Scott City High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in education in 2013 from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a fourth-grade teacher at Bell City Elementary School.

Brandon is a 2010 graduate of Scott City High School. He plans to graduate from Southeast in May 2017. He is a department manager at Wal-Mart.

A Nov. 19 wedding is planned at Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City, with the reception to be held at the Elks Lodge 639 in Cape Girardeau.
