Duane and Teresa "Terry" Pensel of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Morgan Louise Pensel, to Chad Tyrone Hankins, both of Pella, Iowa. He is the son of Tammy Nees and Eric Hankins of Ironton, Missouri. Morgan is a 2008 graduate of Jackson High School. A Nov. 8 wedding is planned at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson.
