Pelikan- Morton

Richard and Belinda Pelikan of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelyn Elizabeth Pelikan, to Christopher James Morton. He is the son of Lynn and Robyn Morton of Jackson.

Pelikan is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2004 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a special services teacher at Hillsboro Senior High School.

Morton is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed by Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 in St. Louis.

A July 16 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson.
