Nolen-Proffitt

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- David and Jennifer Nolen of Chaffee announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Nichole Nolen, to Kyle Quincy Proffitt. He is the son of Keith and Nancy Proffitt of Camden, Mo.

Nolen is a 1999 graduate of Chaffee High School. She received a law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003. She is serving a two-year clerkship with the presiding judge of Jackson County in Kansas City, Mo.

Proffitt is a 1999 graduate of Richmond High School, and attended the university. He is an assistant manager with Walgreens in Kansas City.

A Sept. 29 wedding is planned at First Baptist Church in Chaffee.
