Morrow-Carter

Dana Morrow and Robert and Sue Morrow, all of Cape Girardeau, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica M. Morrow, to Joshua E. Carter. He is the son of Gary and Sandra Carter of Cape Girardeau.

Morrow is a 2001 graduate of Central High School. She expects to receive a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in December.

Carter is a 2001 graduate of Central High School. He expects to receive a degree in business administration from Southeast in 2005.

A lake side wedding is planned May 21 at the Elks Lodge.
